A Case of Collodion Baby

Abstract
|
|
|
A typical case of collodion baby was reported. On admission, the entire skin surface ,of this infant was covered with collodion-like membrane with fissures and exfoliations.
Flexion contracture of all four e:~arimities and ectropion of both eves wen; also appeared on admission.
The family history and laboratory findings were unremarkable
The skin lesions were almost completely healed after application of copious amount of Vit. A cream, Prednisolone ointment and Olive oil for one month.
A brief review of literatures were presented
